Villa Bois Dormant

Architect: Jacques Villa Architecture

In collaboration with the Architect of the Buildings of France and the architect Jacques Villa, we are committed to restoring this Belle Époque villa, an iconic landmark of Saint-Raphaël, and reviving its full beauty. It will comprise four large apartments. A small apartment building with four units has been added, as well as a detached house. The caretaker's cottage will be completely rebuilt to its original design to ensure the stability of the foundations.

Le Maquis

Architect: Arnaud Séquier

In collaboration with the Architect of the Buildings of France and the architect Arnaud Séquier, we are committed to restoring Le Maquis, an iconic Belle Époque villa in Saint-Raphaël, in order to preserve its character and reveal its full beauty. The historic building will be completely renovated and will house several apartments. A new section comprising six apartments will complete the complex, respecting the architecture and spirit of the place.
