Sleeping Beauty
Architect: Jacques Villa Architecture
In collaboration with the Architect of the Buildings of France and the architect Jacques Villa, we are committed to restoring this Belle Epoque villa, emblematic of Saint-Raphaël, and reawakening all its beauty. It will consist of four large apartments. A small collective of four apartments has been added, as well as a detached house. The caretaker's house will be completely redone identically to ensure the solidity of the foundations.
Lou's Closerie

Subdivision of 7 serviced plots of 1100 m2 minimum nestled in the residential area of Boulouris a few steps from the Peguière beach, the coastal path and close to the Port Santa Lucia shopping center and that of Boulouris.
